moja mp3 była kupowana na allegro.pl Po 2 miesiącach sie popsuła i nie wiem teraz co mam z tym zrobic..
Nie włącza sie a jak sie włączy to muzyka leci ale tak jak wyczerpujaca sie bateria.. mam gwarancje ale co słyszałam o tym to ta mp3 może już do mnie nie wrócić pisało w instrukcji ze jak nie bedzie chciala sie wlączyc to powinnam wlączyc płyte i z sformatowac ale ja nie wiem jak sie za to zabrac bo nie zabardzo znam angileski pomóżcie.. to jest ta tabela co mi sie wyswietliła

Nie rozumiem dlaczego "ta MP3 miałaby do ciebie nie wrócić" ? Masz gwarancje i tyle ja się nie pierniczę z takimi rzeczami, jak coś jest nie tak idę do serwisu lub sklepu (w zależności co mam bliżej) i tyle. Czeka się wtedy 14 dni maks (jeśli w tym terminie oni sie nie wywiążą to masz nowy sprzęt otrzymać tak teraz jest wedle prawa). Tak się składa, że za każdym razem wydawali mi nowy sprzęt :) Nie masz karty gwarancyjnej czy jak? Zawsze też ktoś na miejscu może to ustawić, im tez zależy na tym, żeby do serwisów nie oddawać.
